Using our on the day Coordinator ensures your hard work and preparation is delivered on the day!! If you go to a wedding in a hotel there is a wedding coordinator there on the day to ensure your day goes without a hitch and is exactly as you wish. With our following packages you can have this and more.

Best Maid - £350

This is a wedding day service which provides on-the-day reassurance for couples who want to ensure their day runs smoothly. The professional Best Maid continues the bride and grooms hard work and ensures everything runs smoothly and that their planning is carried off to perfection.

2 weeks prior meet with couple to start a slow and easy hand over of their wishes so that they can relax the week before the wedding.

Meet with couple at venue to go over decor wishes and construct a rehearsal of what they wish in order to have perfection on their day.

On the day point of reference for suppliers and the happy couple to ensure stress free day and reassurance

Oversee suppliers and ensure the couples' wishes are delivered and that contingencies are drawn up for every eventuality

£2.35 per fitted chair cover and sash!

Reassurance - £550

This consists of assistance in the lead up to your big day, usually in the month prior to your big day and will include on-the-day co-ordination.

Thorough Health check of wedding to ensure nothing has been overlooked

4 weeks prior to wedding hand over slowly begins for complete handover 3 weeks prior to the wedding day.

Choice of any 2 from my research packages ie: Venue Search, Marque Search, Car Search, Florist etc and discounts will be attempted to be achieved from those suppliers

Option to add further research packages at a discounted price

Instructing suppliers, confirming and finalising details

Comprehensive scheduling of your day from start to finish including Delivery timetabling.

Wedding Day Co-Ordination and liaising (see Best Maid package)

Packages are a guideline for weddings of 70 guests or less, larger weddings or more unusual weddings may vary. Also, a fee for travel may be required for weddings out with Glasgow. Day attendance is priced up until 9pm if a client would like later attendance then there will be a further charge incurred.

Due to current climate prices are negotiable.
